Eu am vrut sa expun inca o metoda pe care am gasit-o si care va poate ajuta in eliminarea acelor ganduri negative. Si da, e alegerea ta cum reactionezi si abordezi o problema.

Incep sa ma enervez, ma consum, imi trec o multime de ganduri negative prin cap, poate mai si tip la cei din jur care nu inteleg etc. Nu ai bani? Este adevarat? DA. Esti absolut sigur ca nu ai bani? Da, ca nu am cu ce plati facturile. Cum reactionezi cand ai acel gand? Si aici poate fi ce am scris mai sus, pur si simplu ce iti vine sa faci cand acel gand iti inunda mintea? Vizualizeaza. Poate, asa cum am zis mai sus, te razbuni pe cei din jur care nu ai nici o vina, poate realizezi ca doar gandindu-te obsesiv nu faci decat sa te scufunzi in aceasta situatie care cu siguranta iti pare fara iesire etc. Cum te-ai simti daca acest gand: NU am bani, nu ar exista. Gandul doar.. poate te-ai bucura de ce ai, poate ai incerca sa gandesti pozitiv, ce ai face daca acest gand nu ar exista. Si uite asa apar solutiile. Asta e ceea ce am vrut sa subliniez. Am trait aceasta experianta: nu am avut bani si nu am disperat, intotdeauna s-au invit de unde ma asteptam mai putin pentru ca am crezut ca asa va fi. Conteaza atitudinea pe care o ai! Poţi să spui foarte uşor: nu am nevoie de mai mulţi bani, eu sunt “OK”, nu mi-e frică de viitor etc. dar facturile tot trebuie să le plăteşti cumva! Şi până la un anumit termen!
